AM/M - Risk Analytics - User Lending

Bangalore, Karnataka · Onsite · 1 week ago

About the Team Would you like to be part of creating a unicorn within a unicorn? Solve some of the biggest challenges facing financial inclusion of Bharat? Well, then here's your chance! Financial Services (FS) is one of the biggest new bets we are taking at Meesho on the next 10x horizon opportunity for us. Just as Ant Financial did for Alibaba, and Mercado Pago did for Mercado Libre, our vision is to build financial services for Meesho, becoming our key growth and revenue driver. We have found our Product-Market Fit, built and proved 0-1 and 1-10 journeys. Now looking for someone who can be the founding member of a 10-100-1000 journey, and this is possibly one of the most exciting and enriching experiences one could consider in their career. About the Role Meesho FS runs two lines of business: SME Lending, which offers Business Loans, and User Lending, which offers BNPL and Personal Loans (PL). User Lending is now our primary focus in this phase of our FS journey. We have 274Mn ATU, and risk management is at the core of building any sustainable credit business at scale - our being a captive audience means both Growth and Risk are an outcome of underwriting, which is owned by the Risk team. Herein also lies one of our biggest challenges: how do we assess the risk of borrowers without any credit history or income data? How can we leverage alternative information to better profile borrowers? How can we leverage our platform uniquely to create a sustained competitive advantage? This person will be responsible for driving the analytics behind these questions for User Lending - creating analytical frameworks, developing high quality analysis, driving insights and actions, and recommending policy decisions, across a well-established BNPL portfolio and a Personal Loans portfolio that is still scaling. Your role will focus on: Owning the risk for one or more segments of the portfolio while maintaining a healthy growth. Analyzing credit policies using Meesho platform data, bureau data, SMS data, and other alternate data. Creating policies, scorecards and models (Application Score, B-Score, Collection Scores) for BNPL and PL. Designing experiments to test cohort behaviour, experimental policies, and new opportunities for growth. Identifying pockets of risk within the portfolio that don't make sense, and identifying leading indicators / EWS. Automating reporting and tracking of the portfolio at multiple levels - Ops performance measures, key performance indicators, and their drivers. Refining credit policies based on data and creating new policies for unexplored segments, including building day-1 policies for Personal Loans as the product scales. Configuring and testing rules in the real-time Business Rule Engine (BRE), and working with the Bureau Feature Store to define new underwriting features.

Manager – GTM & Sales Strategy, Meesho AI Services (MAS)

Mumbai, Maharashtra · Onsite · 3 weeks ago

About the Team MAS's mission is to accelerate the build and deployment of an AI workforce for every business — from kirana to conglomerate. Our vision is to deliver a billion-plus workflows through our agents in ways that drive real client outcomes, not automation for its own sake. We go deep rather than wide. Today that means known, process-defined, repeatable service workflows — inbound contact-centre work (calls, chats, tickets), plus the outbound work that behaves like a cost workflow rather than a conversion one (lead qualification and verification, not lead conversion) — anywhere we can benchmark against a cost line the client already feels, guarantee savings, and hold the quality bar. We're deliberately building a technology company, not an AI BPO: models are a commodity, so our moat is the workflow knowledge, integrations, and client relationships that only come from actually running the work — not a generic AI layer bolted onto a call centre. We've proven this model works — with marquee clients across consumer durables, auto, and D2C/marketplace businesses — and we're still early. We'll keep evolving it as we go, staying client-first rather than assuming we already have the answer. This is a 0–1 business inside Meesho: no fixed playbook, high ownership, and the ground floor of how India's enterprises adopt AI-led operations. About the Role This role is for a GTM generalist who thrives in ambiguity, is genuinely excited about AI-led offerings, and wants to build the full range of enterprise sales skills — with an eye on growing into a closer and sales leader over time, or moving into Business/GTM Operations. Both are real paths from this seat. You own the middle mile of the deal: the stretch between a qualified conversation and a close-ready opportunity. That means deep client discovery, mapping who really decides, understanding how a client's teams actually work today, and making sure the deal never goes cold on your watch — following up, keeping momentum, and setting up the closer to walk into the room fully briefed. Our central team owns top-of-funnel lead-gen, but this isn't a purely inbound or coordination role — you'll still make cold calls and run early client meetings yourself when a deal needs it. A lot of enterprise AI-services deals across this market stall before signature for a simple reason: nobody on the deal ever gets deep enough into the account to know what the client is actually buying, or who really decides. That's exactly the gap this role exists to close — the middle mile is where deals live or die.

Director – Sales, Meesho AI Services (MAS) | North India

Delhi NCR · Onsite · 3 months ago

About MAS MAS's mission is to accelerate the build and deployment of an AI workforce for every business — from kirana to conglomerate. About the Role This role is for a sales leader who thrives in ambiguity, is genuinely excited about selling AI-led offerings, and can operate at the intersection of AI, services, and enterprise problem-solving. You'll own the NCR region end-to-end — not just the last mile. This is not a role where you wait for a handed-off, qualified deal. Our internal team owns top-of-funnel prospecting, but you're expected to get your hands dirty across the first and middle mile too — opening doors yourself when a target account needs it, staying close to discovery and org-mapping on your region's marquee deals, and not just parachuting in for the close. You're the face of MAS in North India: building trust with CXOs and BU heads, running the room in high-stakes conversations, owning the commercial close, and building the regional team and playbook as you go. A lot of enterprise AI-services deals across this market stall before signature for the same reason: sellers never get deep enough into an account to know what the client is actually buying, or who really decides. Closing that gap — real discovery, real stakeholder mapping, real champions inside the account — is as much a part of this role as the close itself.

About the Team ValMo is Meesho's logistics and supply chain organization, responsible for building India's most cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable fulfillment network. From first-mile pickup to last-mile delivery and reverse logistics, ValMo powers millions of shipments every month for small businesses across the country. As we scale, the complexity of our network increases exponentially. ValMo operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and partner ecosystems — where execution precision and systems thinking are critical to prevent cascading (domino) failures across the network. About the Role The Control Tower is where the stability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of ValMo's pan-India network is owned end-to-end. This is a deliberately generalist role in Fulfilment & Experience - your mandate is defined by an outcome, not a fixed function. Put simply: you are the person we point at the highest-leverage problem threatening the network, and you figure it out from first principles. The specific problem changes with what the network needs. In one quarter you might be redesigning the topology of a region; in the next, rebuilding the capacity-planning engine, running a structural cost-out program, firefighting an RTO or CX spike, or standing up readiness for a peak event - including problems that don't yet have an owner. What stays constant is the accountability: keep the network stable, predictable, and cost-efficient no matter what breaks or scales.
